OCZ’s newest solid state drives are designed for especially for server environments and are available in both 60 and 120GB sizes as well as using SLC NAND flash memory.
In terms of performance these new 2.5″ drives should offer read and write speeds of 260MB/s and 210MB/s respectively (for the 120GB capacity). The 60GB drive has a slightly lower read speed at 200MB/s. However, both drives will have a sustained write speed of up to 100MB/s and are equipped with 64MB of onborach cache.
Finally, they have an estimnated MTBF of 1.5million hours!
