It has been rumoured for a while that Apple planned to take Palm to court about touch-screen patents. However, Apple themsevles have been sued first by two companies over the screen rendering technology in both the iPhone and iTouch.
Glasgow based companies, Picsel Technologies and Picsel Research, filed a patent-infringement lawsuit over Picsel’s technology that accelerates the process of updating a device’s display.
