Montenegro Bans Facebook and Youtube

At state-run institutions, the republic of Montenegro has stopped its civil servants from going on Internet websites such as Facebook and Youtube at work. In an official announcement to all civil servants, the government declared that they would be greeted by the message “Access Denied” if they attempted to access the video-sharing and social networking websites.
